About Us
A Message from the president
Dear prospective students & Friends,
GCLU is for all believers from all affiliations and backgrounds. We live in a time when the need for skilled labor in the local church is becoming greater and greater. Every believer can become a fruitful worker, but they must be trained, fostered, equipped, and encouraged. That’s why you need to study the Bible. Whether attending our resident class, online class, studying by correspondence, or in any of our affiliate satellite schools, each course will make it easier for the Holy Spirit to mold, discipline, and prepare you for your God-given assignment. Our curriculum is designed to take students beyond “mere information” and equip them where their participation is required. GCLU is for all believers, aspiring leaders, and those in leadership who want to be exposed to the practical “know-how” on walking and ministering in the Spirit. We hope the information here will answer your questions about our programs.

History
Fresh Outpouring of Glory International Ministries is the sponsoring organization of the Institute. It is not the desire of FOGIM to create a denominational structure but rather a network working between denominations, churches, organizations, and nations to raise laborers for a worldwide spiritual harvest. For this purpose, the Global Christian Liberty University is dedicated to recruiting, training, motivating, and mobilizing a network of Spirit anointed-informed world changers.
The Holy Spirit conceived GCLU (formerly IBTC) in answer to a cry from the world’s harvest fields for training and leadership development. The Institute is birthing a vision designed to move students from vision to reality. The curriculum takes students beyond teaching to equipping and training where participation is required. The participation to which students are challenged is that of spiritual reproduction. Jesus’s final command was to go, reproduce spiritually, and make disciples of all nations.
Global Christian Liberty University is less inclusive than a traditional seminary because it eliminates materials unrelated to spiritual growth and productivity. We are not in competition with the conventional seminary structure, but our training is for men and women who want to be exposed to practical “know-how” on operating, walking in the spirit, and fulfilling their God-given assignment.
Like our Lord taught the disciples, our primary focus is teaching what Jesus taught to move men from observation to demonstration of the power of God.
